Hi! My name is Paige Stanley! I am from Northeast Ohio and I decided to create this blog in order to share with you some of the ways I have learned to have a healthy, happy, and satisfying life.
On my blog you will find posts where I share simple clean eating recipes, plant based recipes, gluten free recipes and my favorite sweet treats. I do not follow a specific diet but I do believe in the value of choosing foods that are wholesome (hence the name lol) and beneficial for our bodies, but I also crave a donut every once in a while! Some other topics that I will post about are ways that I have learned (and am still learning) to cope with occasional anxiety, natural beauty and wellness products I love and having healthy, happy relationships.
Now I will tell you a bit more about me. I am 20 years old and I am currently a waitress at Applebees. In May of 2016 I was married to the love of my life Will and it has truly been the best eight months of my life. I have the most wonderful and supportive mother and step dad, along with my little brother and two sisters.
I am so passionate about health and I want to help you feel the best you can! In the past I have never had a good relationship with food, which I know so many of you girls out there can relate to! It’s not easy and it was a daily struggle. I have tried so many diets (vegan, low carb, low calorie, ext.) but I found nothing helped my mindset, there were always those bad feelings clouding my head if I ate that second cookie or ate that burger. I have come to find that the only way for me to feel good about what I am eating is to know that I am putting clean, simple, real ingredients into my body. It’s all about balance, there is nothing wrong with treating yourself to that dunkin donuts maple cream stick every once in a while lol.
So lets all work together to live simply, be happy and healthy. I hope we all can become friends and get to know each other.
